A revolution is the full rotation of the wheel, which is the length of the circumference making contact with the ground once. If you place a sticky string on a wheel that attaches itself to the ground as the wheel turns, the length of the circumference will be left on the ground once the wheel makes one revolution. This is the distance the wheel traveled during one revolution.
1 revolution = 1 circumference
2 revolutions = 2 * circumference
1000 revolutions = 1000 * circumference = 1000 * 188.49cm = 188490 cm.
