calculating percentage / problem

Hi,

Can anyone help with my problem? I'm trying to figure out how they arrived to get 7% of actual magnesium is in 334.482 of magnesium orotate.

And then how I can calculate the how much magnesium is in 100mg of magnesium orotate?

Problem below:

Magnesium Orotate has a molecular weight of 334.482. Magnesium has a molecular weight of 24.31. So the % Mg in magnesium orotate is just 7%.
