$192/week times 52 weeks/year to get annual gross pay.

Divide that by 12 to get average monthly pay

 

192(52)/12 = $832 per month

Evidently you work four days per week, 4 hours each day; that's 16 hours per week.

Gross pay for that would be 12 times 16, which is $192.

Four weeks, which is almost one month, would be $768.

Some months have 2 or 3 extra days; how much more money is earned depends on whether those extra days are work days.

Let's leave it at this, because of the vagueness of the concept of month.
