The balanced equation for the reaction taking place is
HCl + NaOH ===> NaCl + H2O (this is acid/base neutralization)
Unfortunately, one cannot answer the questions posed because we don't know the concentration of the HCl, or the volume of the NaOH. We need to know one or the other.
