As stated by the tutors, 101 is accurate to the ones place. If this is a physical measurement x, that means you know the measurement to within ±1 of 101, or
x = 101 ± 1,
which really means you only know that the true value of x lies in the range of 100 to 102. By the way, if x was 101.0, then you know x lies between 100.9 and 101.1, which is a more precise measurement.
