Jazmine B.
asked 09/12/17Would it be unusual for one of the test subjects to have a pulse rate of 127.8 beats per minute?
A certain group of test subjects had pulse rates with a mean of 84.6 beats per minute and a standard deviation of 11.6 beats per min.
For some reason, I keep getting the incorrect answer for minimum and maximum "usual" value per minute.
Any help would be appreciated

127.8 - 84.6 = 43.2
43.2 / 11.6 = 3.7 standard deviations!
