Find 30% of $925 and then subtract that amount from the $925.

0.30 x $925 = $277.50

$925 - $277.50 = $647.50

 

Or, since the price is reduced by 30%, you can just take 70% of the original cost.  Thus,

0.70 x $925 = $647.50
