Billy and Mandy Decide to play war with a fair start. Billy takes all the red cards from a standard deck of 52 and shuffles them, while Mandy does the same with the black. How many ways can they both play the same value card in there first play (specifically have a war on their first play)? this is done when the card number or letter is the same.
