It's not a triangle question. The line of longitude that passes through San Antonio is a circle with radius=the earth's radius.  Starting from the equator you would go through 360 degrees to go round the earth, but San Antonio is only 30 degrees around this circle.  What fraction of the circumference is a 30 degree arc?
