There is no question.  If the question is what is the final cost, then you take 35% off of $64.99 and then add 7.5% tax to that.  Thus...

 

$64.99 x 0.35 = $22.75 discount

$64.99 - $22.75 = $42.24 sale price

$42.24 x 0.075 = $3.17 tax

TOTAL FINAL PRICE = $42.24 + $3.17 = $45.41
