I have a project on a plant cell analogy and I am confused as to what part the mitochondria is in a bakery.

The chloroplasts are the solar panels in my project, but I don't know what the mitochondria is because it is a powerhouse but I'm told it is customers in a bakery

Mitochondria are part of animal cells, they are called powerhouse of cells since they generate energy. In fact, they are membrane bound cell organelles with their own DNA. Chloroplast of plant cells is has some functional analogy with mitochondria.
