((x1+x2)/2, (y1+y2)/2) = ((2+4)/2, (3+5)/2) = (3,4)
Center of circle is (h,k) = (3,4)
radius is distance from center to either end of diameter.
Distance from (3,4) to (2,3)
r = √[(3-2)2+ (4-3)2] = √2
Circle equation: (x-h)2+(y-k)2 = r2
(x-3)2 + (y-4)2 = 2
