asked 02/05/17Solve the equation.
Solve the equations.
1. 4 = 3√2x - 8
2. (x2-1)2/3 +2 = 6
3. √3x+5 = √4x-2
If you could please help me out on these equations I would really appreciate it. Thank you so much. :)

1. 4 = 3√(2x - 8)
43 = 2x - 8
64 = 2x - 8
72 = 2x
36 = x
2. (x2-1)2/3 +2 = 6
2. (x2-1)2/3 +2 = 6
(x2-1)2/3 = 4
x2 - 1 = 43/2
x2 - 1 = 8
x2 = 9
x = ±3
3. √(3x+5) = √(4x-2)
3. √(3x+5) = √(4x-2)
3x + 5 = 4x - 2
7 = x

1- 4 = 3√2x - 8
3√2x =12
2x=(12)^3=1728
x=1728/2=864
2- (x2-1)2/3 +2 = 6
(x2-1)2/3 = 8
x2-1=(8)^3/2=22.6
x2=23.6
x=sqrt(23.6)=4.9
3- √3x+5 = √4x-2
x(√3- √4)=-7
x=(-7/(√3- √4))
