Draw the Cartesian Coordinate system and pick a point with a (+x) and a (-y) value [that is, in Quadrant IV] [note: because points A, B, and C are in Quadrant IV].
Now, when you rotate the point counterclockwise around the Origin, the point will move from Quadrant IV to Quadrant II. The new x value will be (- old x) and the new y-value will be (- old y). Be sure to draw this !
Now, simply reverse all the signs of the points to find the coordinates of the new points.
Important Note: "180 degrees around the origin" follows this pattern, but other rotations have different rules.
