y = 8/3x + 4

 Y = 8/3 X + 4      X intercept : 0 = 8/3 X + 4     X = -4 / ( 8/3) = -3/2

 

                                                                           ( -3/2 ,0)

 

                           Y intercept = y = 8/3( 0) + 4      

                                                                      Y =4    ( 0, 4 )

 

    Locate the intercept points ,  connect and extend.
