Hi Anthony,
The reaction is saying, that for every 1 mole of glucose and 6 mole oxygen; 6 mole of carbon dioxide and 6 mole water are made.
First convert to moles using the molecular weight of glucose, 180.16 g/mol
635.2 g * (1 mol / 180.16 g) = 3.53 mol glucose
grams cancel and you're left with the number of mole glucose
For every 1 mole glucose we get 6 mole water. The ratio is 1:6
3.53 mol glucose * (6 mol water / 1 mol glucose) = 21.15 mol water
mole glucose cancels and you're left with the number of mole water
Now use the molecular weight of water, 18.02 g/mol to convert back to grams
21.15 mol * (18.02 g / 1 mol) = 381.2 g water
Mole water cancels and you're left with grams water
