Suppose width of a rectangle = x meter
length woud be (4x+1) meters
perimeter of a rectangle = 2( length+ width)
substituting values,
52 = 2(4x+1 +x)
dividing both sides by 2,
26= 5x+1
subtracting 1 from both sides,
25=5x
x=5
4x+1= 4*5 +1= 20+1=21
Length of a rectangle = 21meters, Width of a rectangle= 5 meters
