What are the dimensions of a 18x12 American flag?

 I need to know the dimensions of a flag that is 8x12 inches. By dimensions, I am talking about the diameter of the stars, the length and width of stripes, etc.

Notice that the width of the flag (A) is 1.0.
All other measurements are ratios of that amount.
First determine how wide you want you flag. 
For example 2 feet.
Then the length (B) is (1.9)(2) or 3.8 feet.
Do all of the other calculations.
