Molar solution is gram molecular weight of the substance dissolved in 1 liter of water.
Molecular weight of glucose is ~180. So 180 g of glucose dissolved in 1 L water makes 1 M glucose solution.
Use the following formula:
Molar solution = Molecular weight x molar concentration x Volume in liters
= 180 x 0.005 x 0.1 L
= 0.09 g
0.09 g of glucose dissolved in 100 ml of water makes 100 ml of 0.005 M glucose solution.
