-4x(x - 7)(x - 8)

What is the domain of the function using interval notation?

I want to say your question looks good, but I suspect that you actually want to find the domain of a rational function.  You have a continuous function.

Bella,

Michael made a good point.  Is there a division sign missing in the problem statement?  If not, then for the problem as currently stated, the domain is (-∞,∞).

In actuality you don't even have a function:
This is just a set of terms.

It should look like:
y = -4x(x - 7)(x - 8)   or
f(x) = -4x(x - 7)(x - 8)

In which case the domain is (-∞, ∞)

Note:  The domain is the set of all possible
input values for x.  Since there are no restrictions
on x the domain is infinite.
