Let's say that the first of the four consecutive even integers is x, so we have x, x+2, x+4, x+6.
We seek the product of -2 and the sum of the first and the fourth is 20 less than the opposite of the third:
-2(x + x+6) = -(x+4) -20
All you have to do now is to solve for x and then write down the four consecutive even integers.
