Well there's a few layers involved, but you're just basically a British citizen with a British passport. It starts with His Majesty's Passport Office (HMPO). British who have connections to Cayman are considered BOTC, for British Overseas Territories Citizens. Once in the islands your British passport will do for anything you need. If you need addiitonal support, you'd go to the Passport & Corporate Services Office there.
