Your question needs to be refined by making it more specific.

If you make k $ per hour, then your gross income per year would be $300•8•k based on an 8 hour work day.

 

If you want to GROSS $100,000 per year, then k would have to be 100,000/(2400) so the k value would be $41.67 per hour..

 

Then you have to realize that the NET income is less due to taxes.

Do you have additional informational like living expenses information.

 

 

$100,000/300 days= $333.33     (Based on the info that you provided)
