what do I do to solve 4x+y=5?

I'm trying to do my homework and it's on representing linear functions. It's asking for the solution in an ordered pair, but I'm confused on how to make the question into something I can solve. I'll know what to do after I know how to get y and x on different sides of the equation. Please help. There are multiple questions like this and I don't want to leave 5 questions unanswered.

You are welcome so much!
Please note that I have used only integer values for x. Fractional/decimal values can be used also.
