how to use fractions ratio and proportion in the same situation

no sure how to do this but it asks to do so in my test

Proportion can be thought of in a fraction  N

                                                             100 So if your proportion is 45% this equals 45/100.  Now you have two fractions.

 

So, in an example: 4/5 + 45% = 4/5 + 45/100= 9/25
