Force and Acceleration

A coaster has a mass of 800 kg and a radius of 5m. What is the minimum speed required at the top of the track to ensure that the coaster does not leave the track?

May use:

Fc = Fn +Fg

Fc = MAc

Ac = v^2 / r

Etc.

SHOW ALL WORK PLEASE.

Wait! Thank you so much! But I still don't get it. Which formula did you use..  what does the "g" stand for?

g=9.8 m/sec^2 - the gravitational acceleration on Earth's surface:)

F=mV^2/R - centripetal force ; m - mass, V - speed, R - radius of the coaster

that's your Fc=MAc with Ac=V^2/R

The idea is that at the top of the track weight must be compensated (equal, that is) centripetal force.
