The balance of centripetal force and the weight of body defines the minimum of speed, V
that is,
m*v^2/R=m*g
so,
V=(g*R)^1/2 = (5*9.8)^1/2=7.0(m/sec)
the mass is irrelevant ... :)

g=9.8 m/sec^2 - the gravitational acceleration on Earth's surface:)
F=mV^2/R - centripetal force ; m - mass, V - speed, R - radius of the coaster
that's your Fc=MAc with Ac=V^2/R
The idea is that at the top of the track weight must be compensated (equal, that is) centripetal force.
