My advice is to keep the 32.78 (rounded to 2 DP) and then add the 273.15 when converting from Celsius to Kelvin.
It's ok to report the Celsius as 33, to nearest whole number, BUT since the Kelvin constant has 2 DP, you should use 2 DP for the Celsius. You could report it as 305.93o K, and then say "or about 306oK, rounded to nearest integer".
