91 °F: what is the temperature in Celsius and Kelvin. 

I know I must first convert °F to °C.

My answer: 32.777 (repeats) I rounded to 33°C. Then plugged that number into:

K=33+273.15= 306.15 K how do I write this number with the correct number of significant figures??

My advice is to keep the 32.78 (rounded to 2 DP) and then add the 273.15 when converting from Celsius to Kelvin.

 

It's ok to report the Celsius as 33, to nearest whole number, BUT since the Kelvin constant has 2 DP, you should use 2 DP for the Celsius. You could report it as 305.93^o K, and then say "or about 306^oK, rounded to nearest integer".
