The graph of y =sqrt x^2 - 6×+3

I would like to know the graph of this function step by step

y = √(x2-6x+3) or something else?

All that is under the sqrt, you wrote it well. I know I should find the restricted domain but after this I just should give values for it or there is another way.

Because we have a square-root function, we will have a restricted domain.  This is because the value under the square-root can only be greater than or equal to zero.
 
First, you need to find the domain of the function.  Once you have the domain, use it to evaluate the y values.  Then plot the points.  The points will be in the form
 
(x [from the domain], y)
 
 
Using the information I just provided, can you graph the function?
