The only time cos(theta) = 1 in that interval is at theta=0.
csc(theta) = 1/sin(theta). sin(0) = 0, so csc(0) doesn't exist.
cot(theta) = cos(theta)/sin(theta). cos(0) = 1, and sin(0) = 0, so cot(0) = 1/0, which again doesn't exist.
