- Hello, I had a meeting scheduled with one of my tutors, and he responded to my initial message, but then never responded again. He had about 4 hours to prepare, and I messaged him twice to see if he was still showing up. I waited for 15 minutes, and no one joined the meeting. Could I please have a refund? I would like to find another tutor.
