4 * sqrt(8x^3) / sqrt(20x^5)
Rewrite terms inside the square root
= 4 * (sqrt(4 * 2) * (x^3)^1/2) / (sqrt(4 * 5) * (x^5)^1/2
Factor out available square roots [i.e sqrt(4) = 2]
= 4 * 2 * sqrt(2) * x^(3/2) / 2 * sqrt(5) * x^(5/2)
Cancel out 2 from denominator and numerator and x terms [subtract x^3/2 from x^5/2]
= 4sqrt(2) / x * sqrt(5)
