Your school district is likely trying to block websites that are not conducive to your learning, or are dangerous to you or to their computer systems. If you want to visit a website that is blocked by your school district, you should wait to visit it once you are at home. I'm sorry this probably isn't the answer you wanted, but it is the only ethical answer I can give you.
