How to remember math problems and formulas for a long time?

Hi everyone, I'm looking forward to receiving help. I'm having trouble remembering formulas when doing a math problem. I usually remember formulas by doing many different types of math problems, to know how to apply them and remember the formulas for a long time. But I don't understand why after about 2 weeks I forgot all those formulas, if I remember it's just vague, so how can I overcome this situation? I was very pressured and stressed about this problem, at that time I often played among us to relieve but after a short time I thought about them again.

I totally understand the frustration of forgetting formulas despite practicing hard. It might help to combine different study methods, like working on problems in a fun way—similar to how one might engage with a gaming platform. I've found that using @Basketball Stars can help with focus and strategy, which might translate well into your math practice. Maybe try finding ways to make learning more engaging; it could really change the game for you!
