asked 11/27/24Need help with at least one of those:
1) Create an equation of a circle and calculate the circumference of this circle and area if the center of the circle is located at the point (3; 0) and the circle passes through the point (7; 0).
2) Find the intersection of the lines 𝑦 = 4𝑥 Intersections of 2 − 16 and 𝑦 = 12𝑥 − 24. Draw lines and their intersection points in the figure.
Thank you.

If the center of the circle is at (3,0) and (7,0 lies on the circle, those points lie on the x-axis, so the distance between them is |7 - 3| = 4. That is the radius of the circle.
So its equation is:
(x - 3)2 + (y - 0)2 = 42
(x - 3)2 + y2 = 16
Since you know the radius use the formulas for circumference and area:
C = 2π(4) = 8π units
A = π(4)2 = 16π square units

For part 2, it is not clear what is meant by "intersections of 2 - 16"?11/27/24
