I agree it seems some information is missing. Because you have 2 variables (x and y), you need at least 2 different equations in order to figure out the values of x and y.
For example, if you knew that y=-2x+5 and x-3y=0, then you could substitute y in the second equation for -2x+5 and then solve for x using algebra.
Otherwise, y=-2x+5 by itself is actually the equation of a line which you can graph.

If actually asking the answer of y = -2x + 5, then
Any points in the form of (a, -2a+5), where a is any real number.
Ex) a=0, (0,5), a=2, (2, 1), and so on.
