9.75 + 16.25p ≤ 65 (the price for parking plus 16.25 per person must be less than or equal to 65).
The following step is not mandatory, but if you prefer to not work with decimals multiply every term by 100 to clear the decimals:
975 + 1625p ≤ 6500
1625p ≤ 5525
p ≤ 5525/1625
p ≤ 3.4
Since we are dealing with people, no fractions or decimals, so the most people that can go to the amusement part using $65 is 3.
Check: 3(16.25)=48.75
Plus 9.75 for parking: 48.75+ 9.75 = $58.50
But if 4 people try to go:
4(16.25)=65
Plus parking: 65+9.75 (not enough cash on hand)
