Recording keeps the screen my tutor is on small

I'm trying to review a video from my tutorial, but the screen my tutor wrote the math on stayed small in the top right corner, so the recording must not have been aware that I had it at full screen. How can I expand it so that I can see what he's doing in the recording?

It's true; I have been reporting issues to Wyzant for 8 years and they always say that "IT is working on it" but nothing has ever changed. It's the students who should be upset about this because they are paying for a service that Wyzant provides and refuses to improve for the student. What exactly are the tutor's settings supposed to be in order to avoid this issue?

In my experience as a tutor, the screen size in recordings is linked to the tutor's settings. You'll have to remind your tutor to switch settings (which is very inconvenient, but Wyzant doesn't have a good track record of fixing problems in their interface).
