There are infinitely many ordered pairs that identify as solutions to the equation y = -3x - 4. Since the post asks "which" the assumption is that the post is incomplete, i.e. does not list the choices.
Here are a couple of examples. Choose values for x and solve for y.
Let x = 1.
y = -3(1) - 4 = -3-4 = -7.
So, the ordered pair (1, -7) is a solution.
Let x = -5.
y = -3(-5) - 4 = 15 - 4 = 11
So the ordered pair (-5, 11) is a solution.
