Samara: Writing and Acting Tutor
In acting lessons, I cover a wide range of areas such as line memorization, breathwork for voice and speech, stage voice versus film and television voice, auditioning for stage, film, and television, script analysis, and monologue selection. To teach acting, I use the Meisner Technique, which was developed by performer and instructor Sanford Meisner. This technique focuses on emotional preparation, repetition exercises, and improvisation. The Meisner Technique helps actors connect with their scene partners and gives them methods to respond instinctively to stimuli.
Lessons are individualized for each student.
