if it's a triangle
if you know 2 angles, you can find the 3rd: C=180-A-B. as all 3 have to sum to 180
if you know all 3 sides, you can find all 3 angles, using Law of Cosines and Sines
if you know 2 sides and 1 angle you can find the other 2 angles and the 3rd side,but sometimes there may be 0, 1 or 2 solutions, as there may be no triangle, 1 or 2 triangles that fit the given information
if asked to find the supplementary angle that means B=180-A, if you're given angle A
if asked to find the complementary angle that means B=90-A, if given angle A
