wire = 96+4 = 100 feet
height = sqr(100^2 - 96^2)= sqr(10000-9216) = sqr784
= 28 feet high

asked 04/11/24I am building a tower that needs to be guyed. If the guy wire is 4 feet longer than the distance from the bottom of the tower up to where it's anchored. The wire will be anchored to the ground 96 feet away from the base of the tower. How long is the wire, and how far up the tower should it be guyed?
