if so then

x^4 = 3/4 = .75

or maybe you meant

4x to the base 4 = 3

if you want to use logs, then

log₄4x= log3

= ln4x/ln4 = log3

ln4x= log3ln4

4x = e^log3ln4

x = (e^log3ln4)/4

=about .1654
