There is a rule for dividing exponents. When dividing numbers that have the same base but have exponents you just subtract the exponents.

The bottom has an exponent of 1.

Subtracting the exponents I get 4-1 =3 so the answer is 53. If it needs to be simplified you would get 125.

It's a little tricky because of the caveat of positive exponents, but here's how I'd do it:
5^4 / 5 = 5 * 5 * 5 * 5 / 5 = 5 * 5 * 5 = 5^3 = 125
