A histogram is just a graph or a bar chart. So if you have 4 equally likely outcomes just draw 4 bars going up to 25%, and then label each bar A, B, C, D or 1, 2, 3, 4 or whatever you want to call the different outcomes. Try googling "bar chart" to see some examples of what bar charts look like.
