I have it for my maths assignment, there was no support and I have no idea where to start!

4^2 = 16

5^2 = 25

6^2 = 36

7^2 = 49

which 4 squares, if any, add up to 56?

36+16+1+4 = 57 nope

try again, 25+16 =41+? nope

36+9= 45 + ?

or

forgot 0 = 0^2

56 = 6^2 + 4^2 + 2^2 + 0^2 = 36+16+4+ 0 = 56

56 = the sum of squares of 0, 2, 4, and 6
