Given:

Actual length of room = 19.5 ft

scale factor 1/4 inch = 1 foot (So on the floor plan, 1/4inch would be equal to 1 foot in real life)

Find: Length of wall on floor plan.

Actual Length x scale factor = Length on floor plan

19.5 feet x (1/4 inch) = 4.875 inches on the floor Plan

1 foot

One decimal place 4.9 inches
