infinite solutions, (x,y) = (x, 6x-14) where x = any real number
= ((y+14)/6, y) where y = any real number
such as for examples:
(0, -14), (1, -8), (2, -2), (-1, -20), (-2, -26), ....
an infinite number of combinations of x and y values
if all you have is one linear equation with 2 variables
if the variables are greater than the number of equations, there is no unique solution
