line's slope = 3 = (y-4)/(x+5)
y = 3x +15 +4= 3x +19
y intercept = 19 or the point (0,19)
x intercept = -19/3 or the point (-19/3, 0) = (-6 1/3, 0)
plot the intercepts, connect them with a straight line, that's the line with slope =3 through (-5,4)
