I need help on solving for the zeros from a quadratic equation with really big numbers

Here is my equation R = (2400 - 80x)(8 + 0.5x)

I need to solve for the zeros.

I tried using the formula but when I tried to square root it it gave me an undefined number. I'm not sure what to do.

just set each factor =0 and solve for x

2400-80x = 0

80x = 2400

8x = 240

x = 30

8+.5x = 0

.5x = -8

x = -16

zeros are 30 and -16
