k(a/2) = 2(a/2)3 - 4(a/2)2 = (1/4)a3 - a2
k(-x) = 2(-x)3 - 4(-x)2 = -2x3 - 4x2
k(x3) = 2(x3)3 - 4(x3)2 Simplify!
